Josh McCown

Director of Pre-Construction

Josh McCown serves as the Director of Pre-Construction for DeFatta Custom Homes. In this position, he is responsible for managing the process from contract signing through the start of each home. Josh is also the point of contact for each of our customers throughout the process of building their home on change orders.

Josh began in the construction industry in Texas, as a purchasing agent and since has worked in both Maryland and Tennessee as a Project Manager.
